We do not offer refunds on any purchases. You may be eligible for an exchange or store credit if the following criteria is met.

• A return is requested within 30 days after receiving your item 
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 
• Have receipt/ order confirmation 

To start a return, please contact us at info@ppssurf.com with your order number and reason for return. Please allow 1-3 business days for our customer service team to respond. Please note return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us first without request will not be accepted. 

Please also note: Used Surfboard sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these product. Please remember you are purchasing a used board and not a new board. 

SALE ITEMS are final and we do not offer any return/exchange on these products. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and remedy. 

Exceptions/ non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned like custom products and personal care products (sunscreen etc) and swimwear. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. 

Gift cards will also not be accepted for return.
