Two bubbles have appeared on the left side of the deck. Looks like some sort of separation in the foam. A bit disappointing. I gave her the board on the 6th of January. She paddled it in the pool for a few days so today was the first day in the surf. It was not left in the pool or direct sunlight except for it being used. Can we have it exchanged please.

I’ve received the product; however, it didn’t come in the original box, and the back of the board has scratches with some paint chipped off. Also, the delivery service was quite disappointing — I’m really not happy about the overall condition.
I got it for a gift and it was all squashed otherwise it would have been a nice hat
We purchased 2 single racks for boards we display and they are different shapes and lengths. You can adjust the rack to suit - however one of ours has a long tail and needs padding under fin to keep off the floor. Sturdy and simple design works well.

Chilli Mid Strength 6’8” is a great ride. Simple no BS board that does everything it promises. Nice and light and still easy to turn like a short board when your back foot is over the tail. I recommend this as a versatile mid length. I’m riding one because of injury and ease of paddling. It would make a great board for a progressing intermediate surfer.
I bought the large size for my 16 year old son, who is 6ft. The fit was perfect. The wetsuit quality was amazing - thick and really well made. It was on sale at a very good price. Delivery from NSW to WA took 1 week with Aus Post. The communication and service was very good. I'm considering making another order in the very near future. Very happy customer! 🙂

Yet to ride the board, but it looks epic and will be tested in Fiji shortly. Unfortunately, I ordered the board online, picked it up a week later, driving up from Sydney, to find it had a puncture on the bottomside, and once back home, I found another crack through the glass on the rail, and then several others that hadn't quite broken through. Staff were kind enough to offer a discount on a tailpad on noticing the first puncture, but after finding the others once home, I'm well past that amount saved in time & repairs. Pretty disappointing.
