Please note return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us first without request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and remedy.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned like custom products and personal care products (sunscreen etc) and swimwear. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards will also not be accepted for return.
